|Recommended: YesComfortable, cool amenities — Nice, surprisingly private with a very clean pool with clearly stated COVID guidelines. Location in relation to shops and restaurants is great. Neighbors seem very nice. Maintenance is absolutely wonderful but we have had issues since moving in, mainly with the plumbing. The people who lived here before neglected to leave a forwarding address so we keep getting their mail. Otherwise it’s been a good experience living here.

|Recommended: YesOpen and Pretty Community — I like living at Felicita Creek Apts.. The property is open and landscaped well. I like a lot of light and sunshine, which the layout provides. The office and maintenance staff are professional and friendly. When I have had to call on them for something, they have always responded immediately to my needs. I lived here back in the early 90s and did not hesitate to come back about 10 years ago when I needed to move. My noise rating is average. This is because I am located near the pool, which as expected can get noisy. A number of families live in the community, so, of course, children are playing outside. Anyone who has a problem with children noise probably shouldn't live in a family friendly complex.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Apartments — It feels like a home when you live at Felicity apartments. The staff are friendly and always willing to help on any problems you have on timely matter. It so peaceful and relaxing with all the wonderful trees around you. Love living here.

The grounds are beautiful, the laundry room is 24 hours YES , the staff is friendly and maintenance has taken care of everything I have asked for. On top of that, it is easy to pay rent online. For the price I pay in San Diego county, they have exceeded my expectations.
|Recommended: YesThe porperty and staff is great as far as the unit goes the Kitchen needs to be upgraded with new appliances. — Good Community but will like to have a section for smokers and non- smokers special when you have new born. And as far pets also should be assign units due to been allergic to either cats or dogs specially fleas.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful neighborhood — We moved in not too long ago but we already like this place much better than our last. The location is conveniently close to many places we regularly shop at. The neighborhood always looks clean and there is lots of parking available. The inside of the apartment needs a slight bit of updating and a little more storage but overall I'm extremely happy with our decision to move here.
