I recently had the pleasure of residing at Elán Felicita Creek Apartments, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I stepped into the beautifully landscaped grounds, I knew I had found a special place to call home. The apartment itself was not only spacious and well-designed but also meticulously maintained. Additionally, the abundance of natural light streaming through the large windows created a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of living at Elán Felicita Creek Apartments was the exceptional community amenities. The sparkling swimming pool provided ample opportunities for relaxation. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site laundry facilities and ample parking options. The location of the apartments is another major plus. Situated in the heart of Escondido, I was just a short distance away from a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Plus, with easy access to major highways, commuting to work or exploring the surrounding area was a breeze. I must commend the dedicated management and maintenance team at Elán Felicita Creek Apartments. They were always friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that residents felt valued and well taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend Elán Felicita Creek Apartments to anyone in search of a great living experience in Escondido. With its exceptional amenities, convenient location, and top-notch management, it truly sets the standard for upscale apartment living.

Myra is an amazing manager! She responds in a timely manner and always accommodates any requests. She also makes sure she follows up and follows thru on any issues we have. She started closing the gates at night making us feel safer. She also makes sure the dumpster area is neat as it gets messy during the day. I see her walk the complex every single day. THANK YOU MYRA!!!

So far the complex has been okay. It looks pretty from the outside with green grass, well maintained, a fountain spraying water for looks, near the front office, and they allow dogs! Not too bad! Every apartment complex has issues, though. This is Escondido, so there will be homeless people outside the complex and entering it. A one bedroom is honestly only big enough for 1-2 people.

Very quiet and beautiful apartment complex , it’s been 2 years now and my lease is ending soon so I thought it would be nice to leave a comment, the manager CINDY is very respectful, professional and quickly responsive to any concern you may have, the maintenance stuff are very friendly and respectful, the location is very good for parking if you have multiple cars, also have area where kids may play!

I've been shopping around for some time looking for a place to live, and by accident arrived at Felicita Creek Apartments. The community looked well kept, and I loved that it was a gated community. I wasn't sure what I'd find but I went into the office. A young woman was in there quietly working at her desk she quickly got up to assist me, politely greated me. Cindy was her name she was so professional and friendly. She took the time to help me find what was best for me she heard me out, listened to my wants and needs, and showed me her community. She said she was the property manager and I was impressed on how well operated everything was because of her. I really was hoping to lease with her but unfortunately my husband got stationed elsewhere and we have to move out of California. Felicita Creek Apartments are first on my list for when we return to CA. Thank you Cindy for your time, and professionalism I hope you get to read this!
